耶誕快樂！
還記的我的老祖母曾經說過"耶誕節啊！那是西洋人的冬至呀，他們沒有搓湯圓，他們上教堂啊！"
冬至在中國農曆上，是24節氣之一，這一天太陽直射南回歸線。冬至日亦是北半球一年之中白晝最短，黑夜最長之一日，北極圈呈永夜狀態，南極圈呈極晝狀態。在西洋的日曆上是12月21~23日之間。這個日期很接近耶誕節啊！
這一天，黑夜最長。漸漸的，黑夜慢慢縮短，晝慢慢增加。所以冬至有[黑暗就到盡頭，光明即將來臨]的意思，有[否極泰來]的隱語！
冬至這一天，夜最長，漫漫長夜，人們團聚在一起搓湯圓。
湯圓是用米磨成粉，加水揉軟，用兩手搓成一立方公分大小的丸子，然後用糖水煮熟。
我們的祖先，煮好一鍋湯圓，首先感謝神(如果沒有神的庇佑，怎麼能豐收？怎麼能用米做成美食？)
所以把湯圓貼在門神，感謝門神，門窗牢固。
貼在爐灶上，感謝灶神，每日可以烹煮。
貼在掃把上，感謝掃把神，可以清潔屋宇。
貼在豬圈，感謝豬神，讓豬肥美。！
貼讚雞屋，感謝雞神，雞隻健康，有蛋可以吃。
你知道我們的老祖先是多神信仰的，他們感謝所有神的庇佑！
家裡所有的處所，所有的用具上都貼上一粒小湯圓，表達謝意！
唯有一個東西沒有貼上湯圓，就是油燈，油燈座油膩膩的，貼上去的湯圓都滑了下來。
冬至的第二天，油燈神非常的不開心，[為什麼我沒有！]
於是在農曆12月24日，諸神上天堂向玉皇大帝報告的時候說：[人類是非常浪費的，非常不珍惜資源的，人類把食物亂放，連骯髒的豬圈、雞舍、門角、桌角，掃地的掃把上都放著米食！]
玉皇大帝睜開天眼一看！果然如此，非常震怒，[既然人類不珍惜上天賜給的食物，我來毀滅他們！]
這就是我們的老祖先在除夕這一天全家團聚吃晚飯的由來，因為除夕的第二天，人類將被毀滅！(這個故事，下一次繼續談)
我的父親依然遵循古老的習俗，今年12月22日冬至這天，家具上都貼著湯圓呢！
